Tasteful, professional, and innovative

NordArom develops and manufactures flavourings and colours for the food industry. They are sensory professionals – taste-assured, professional, and innovative. Through flavour experiences, memories are recreated, offering the possibility to travel through time and space via taste and aroma. The company is in the midst of a development journey and has grown significantly in recent years. They are now ready to collaborate with even more international clients – the new brand platform is a key element in this.

Everything revolves around the flavour – how it’s experienced, felt, and what it’s composed of. The raw ingredient is placed in a nostalgic context, playing on the connection between taste, aroma, and memories. Visually, we get really close – to the drink, the raw ingredient, and the technical process. Because it all comes down to the details: the precision in producing the right aroma and flavour.

The messaging is honed for an international market.

The colours are inspired by the product categories (which are often drawn from berries and fruit). They’re fresh and vibrant, and are calmed down by a harmonious base palette.

The droplet from the logo is the primary graphic element, acting as a strong brand carrier. Rectangular shapes are other key graphic elements, visualising a sense of layering – inspired by the aroma development process. These shapes can be filled with imagery or with colour in varying opacities.
