Dynamic, colourful, and playful. That’s the feeling as one of Sweden’s leading, and definitely coolest, housing developers now makes its entrance in a truly well-fitting outfit.
For Stångåstaden, we at Byn have developed a new visual identity, promises, and messaging, all brought together in a solid brand platform.

Together with Stångåstaden, we’ve endeavoured to create an expression that reinforces the company’s image as a sustainable role model and an innovative force for the future in Linköping. This is while also preserving the strong recognition and numerous positive values that the brand already embodies.


The logo retains its well-known S-shape but has been updated and optimised for a digital presence where it has the scope to vary endlessly – by filling the symbol with different colours, textures, gradients, photos, and well, just about anything.

The entire brand platform rests on a solid foundation where a strong purpose, well-established values, and high ambitions for the future city of Linköping permeate the outcome. The very essence of the mission and the brand has been captured in the new brand promise: ‘The future lives here.
