It should be seen that working at Stångåstaden is fun!
Linköping’s municipal housing company Stångåstaden is a good place to work. This is confirmed at regular intervals, not least in March each year when Sweden’s largest workplace survey is presented: Great Place To Work, where Stångåstaden has been ranked in the top ten in recent years.
To give an idea of what it is actually like to work at Stångåstaden, behind the more instrumental and concise job advertisements, we created the site “Life at Stångis”.
Welcome behind the scenes of a great workplace
The extensive Great Place To Work survey consists of a large employee survey and an ambitious Culture Audit – a review of the workplace culture. Stångåstaden wanted to use the latter more broadly and convert it into a public website that both potential and existing employees could benefit from. The result was “Life at Stångis” – a behind-the-scenes experience at one of Sweden’s best workplaces.
A quick inspection of the building provides a picture of both the physical and psychological work environment at Stångåstaden.
Moving with people and animations
The core of the content on the site would of course be the own employees. These were included in the form of unpretentious but informative filmed interviews, light-hearted house viewing films and mood-creating gifs. We supplemented this with simple animations, which gave life and movement to the site.
Stångåstaden contributed texts and films, Byn with copy support, headlines and captions. The result was a lively, light-hearted and informative site and proof that it is possible to transform heavy facts into colorful inspiration!
