Redesign of Customer Magazine
Vidanytt is the magazine for Sweden’s forest owners. When the magazine needed a facelift, the assignment went to Byn.
Vida, Sweden’s largest sawmill group, publishes a magazine aimed at forest owners in the southern half of Sweden: Vidanytt. The goal of the publication is to share knowledge and inspiration through articles, reports, and useful facts. Since 2023, Byn has been tasked with the design of the magazine.
In 2023 and 2024, Byn carried out a redesign of Vidanytt, bringing the company’s new visual identity to the forefront. Everything from the title and layout to the paper and format was overhauled. The result is a modern and stylish magazine that has been very well received by its readers. The publication is released four times a year, with the fourth issue being a special themed edition.
